Description
Brewed in collaboration with Monkish Brewing we wanted to make something hoppy for Lager World! This is our first West Coast Pils brewed with two types of fine pilsner malt, hopped early on with noble Saaz for that classic pilsner taste. Later in the process we hit it with Krush/Mosaic/Peacharine T90, plus Mosaic. Cryo/Dynaboost and Krush Hyperboost.
Perfect Pilsner meets delicious hop-forward beer. We hope to make a different lager collab for each Lager World moving forward, so stay tuned to see what we come up with next year!
