Description
Green Fuse is a brand new beer designed by our Packaging Manager, Dylan. We started with a classic Gose grist and brewed it in a traditional kettle sour method. We then processed hundreds of pounds of fresh Virginia watermelon in-house and refermented the beer on the watermelon. The final result is a subtle yet elegant summertime crusher. Restrained acidity, with a beautiful aroma of ripe watermelon, an assertive salinity and a refreshing, juicy watermelon finish. The intent for Green Fuse was not to be a fruit bomb, smoothie vibe that you typically experience from us at The Veil. This one is supposed to be a bit more refreshing and crushable. Perfect beer to finish out the summer! 5.2% ABV
