Description
HVN (pronounced Heaven) is a brand -new modern take on a West Coast IPA. We’ve been tweaking this style every time we brew it, dialing in every little detail and having fun experimenting with new malts and hop products.
HVN is brewed on our 7bbl system with Pilsner malt then hit with all T90 Citra, Peacharine, and some super fruity Chinook hops. At dry hop, it’s precisely annihilated with over 11#/bbl of Peacharine T90, Nelson Sauvin Amplifire, Nectaron Cryo, and Peacharine Sub Zero Hop Keif.
Perfectly balanced with an explosive, dank yet peachy aroma and flavor. Snappy, balanced, and not too bitter. When I get to HVN will I know? 7% ABV, 65 IBU
