Description
Worm is our first-ever Cold DIPA we’ve made here at the Veil. Brewed with a lager yeast and fermented at colder than normal temperatures than regular IPAs, we then crushed this one with New Zealand Cascade, Nelson, and Nectaron. Worm turned out a little hazier than we were shooting for, but the aroma and flavor profile is amazing. Still crisp like a West Coast-style DIPA as well. Notes of a freshly opened bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, bright lime, zippy grapefruit flesh, delicate white flowers, juicy passionfruit, ripe mango, and peach nectar. 8.5% ABV – 80 IBU
