New Sun was one of the first pilot batch beers we ever brewed. It’s a traditional Saison style beer brewed with spelt, wheat, Hallertau Blanc hops, and open fermented with a blend of two of our favorite Saison yeast strains. Crisp, effervescent, earthy, refreshing, and perfect for sunny spring and summer days!

This is the first of ten beers we’re bringing back, featuring the iconic Limited Release art we used for small-batch releases. Some will be brands we haven’t brewed in years, and some will be fan favorites, but just with the throwback branding, so stay tuned!
