Hellp is a brand new Hazy DIPA brewed with a significant percentage of Chit malt–an under-modified, lightly germinated barley. This one is super hazy, full-bodied, and bursting with fruit-forward aroma and flavor. Hopped heavily with Krush, Nectaron, Mosaic Cryo, and Nelson Amplifire. Notes of juicy lime, dank passionfruit, subtle gooseberry, lemon zest, over-ripened peach, and Sauvignon Blanc, this one is a fun summer hazy crusher for the ABV.
