Our first-ever non-group collab with our good buddy Ben from The Test Brewery! Ether is a super hazy, extremely soft DIPA with a ton of oats and wheat. Hopped with Motueka, Citra, LupoMAX, and Citra on the hot side, then we hit it with a heavy two-stage dry-hop comprised of Motueka, Cashmere, Citra, Galaxy, and Peacherine. Bright and intensely aromatic, bursting with fresh lime, white peach, passionfruit, and ripe citrus. On the palate, it’s juicy and saturated without being heavy, with flavors of lime zest, peach nectar, ripe mango, and citrus pulp. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel carries a long, tropical hop finish. 8.0% ABV
