With Haste is a brand new collaboration beer with Garage Project Brewing out of New Zealand! Brewed back in 2019, it’s a Mixed Fermentation Ale fermented and aged in oak barrels with a blend of Saison yeast, wild yeast, our house culture, and a really awesome culture captured by Garage Project from wild hop bines and flowers in New Zealand. We dry-hopped the final product with New Zealand Motueka and Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Hops. Unique and delicious with notes of juicy green grapes and zesty citrus.
