Wake of Vultures is a brand new black Barleywine aged in a blend of Buffalo Trace bourbon, Cognac, and Laird’s apple brandy barrels for 20 months. Inky black like a stout, but drinks more like a Barleywine with notes of oaky marshmallow vanillin, roasted almond, cola, and well-done croissant.
