Description
Imperial Stout blended with Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. The sibling to Iron Jaw, Steel Spine has an extremely complex malt profile. Over 13 different malts were used in this beast. Right before packaging, we blend in a few barrels of Bourbon barrel-aged stout aged for 18-30 months to round things out. Viscous and jet black with layered notes of Hershey’s syrup, Vietnamese coffee, Nutella, underbaked brownies, and melty candy bars, followed by an assertive, yet balanced hop and roast presence. This is one of our most crushable Imperial Stouts for the ABV. 12% ABV
