Soulburn is a brand new Hazy DIPA. We started with a very heavy oat base, then hopped the beer delicately with Krush and Citra hops, fermented it with the same Omega Yeast fruit-forward thiolized yeast that was used in Meaningful Work and Forgiven, then dry-hopped heavily with Krush and Citra. The end result is pillowy soft, bright passionfruit, dank Sauvignon Blanc, and juicy mandarines.
