Description
Sleeping Forever is our anniversary Imperial Stout, released once a year in cans. This incredibly decadent + intense stout was actually one of the first beers we ever brewed and released. Right before cold conditioning, we blend in a few bourbon barrels full of mature (20+ month aged) Sleeping Forever for added depth and complexity. The final result is a jet-black, full-bodied Imperial Stout that pours like motor oil, with notes of moist double chocolate cake, deep-roasted coffee, chewy molasses, candied figs, and dark chocolate chips. 12.0% ABV
