Description
Orthodox is a brand new Hazy IPA designed in a similar fashion to our recent experimental Hazy hoppy beers like Hellp and Hurrt.
Clocking in at 7%, this Hazy IPA is insanely soft and pillowy from a serious amount of oats and wheat added. We used a calculated amount of Citra, Citra Dynaboost, and Nectaron in the whirlpool then double dry-hopped it in two stages. The first, early dry-hop utilized Nectaron Cryo and Citra Cryo, then we followed it up for the second dry-hop with Citra and Enigma. The final result has one of the most explosive aromatics we’ve released in a Hazy IPA. Aromatic and flavor notes of drippy pineapple, incredibly ripened nectarines, bright lime peel, freshly squeezed passionfruit juice, a touch of dankness, and cotton candy grapes.
