Description
HURRT is the next small-batch iteration of our deep dive into super hazy, heavily-hopped DIPAs. Kin to Hellp, this brand new Heavy Oat DIPA brewed as a 7bbl batch using our 30bbl mash tun. This allowed us to mash an insane amount of high-protein oats (50% of the malt bill) and chit malt for a very unique, creamy DIPA experience.
We then precisely oversaturated this beer witht 100+lbs/bbl of Peacharine, Krush Cryo, Citra Cryo, Citra Dynaboost, Peacharine SubZero Hop Kief, and a lil bit off super fruity Simcoe!
Oh, and we cool-pooled the whirlpool hops. We’ve never made anything like this before and it came out amazing! Bonus for HURRT too, this was a collab with our buddy Ben from The Test Brewery.
