Hollow Place Mélange Grand Cru is an Imperial Stout aged in a blend of bourbon, Laird’s apple brandy, Danish cherry wine, and Cognac barrels for 30-39 months conditioned on chocolate sandwich cookies, coconut, Madagascar vanilla, and black truffles. Intense notes of chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting, chocolate-covered pretzels, and melted fudge. Our favorite expression of hollow place yet.
