Description
A modern West Coast IPA from @catboy_, fully dialed in this time. For this version, we lightened the color, stripped back kettle hops, tightened the bitterness, and built everything around a heavy and oil-rich layered 2x dry hop. Carefully selected lots of Simcoe and organic Krush T90, backed by Krush CryoFresh (frozen wet hops!), Simcoe Cryo, Krush LupoMAX and Mosaic Dynaboost push saturation without excess weight. Loud aroma, bright oily orange, ripe tropical, subtle melon and berry with a clean, snappy finish. 7.5% ABV, 100 IBU
