Forgiven is a new 9% Hazy DIPA built on a heavy base of oats and wheat for a pillowy mouthfeel. Fermented with a fruit-forward thiolized yeast from Omega Yeast (the same used in Meaningful Work), and loaded with Mosaic and Nelson in multiple forms–from hot side additions to an aggressive dry-hop. The result is a tropical, citrus-packed explosion with notes of dank passionfruit, juicy grarpefruit, ripe guava, fresh melon, and clementine.
