A Modern West Coast IPA from Justin Anderson, built with 100% Simcoe hops and oils to be lean, snappy, and loaded with hop character.
A throwback nod to the OG Catboy all-Simcoe hazy first brewed in 2016 when Justin joined the team.
Brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops, layering multiple expressions of carefully selected Simcoe throughout the process. Simcoe T90, Simcoe Cryo, Dynaboost, Hyperboost and a new experimental YCH 803 oil fully saturate the beer while keeping it lean. Finished with a touch of Simcoe terpenes.
Bright lemon oil, grapefruit peel, light pine with a clean, fruit-forward angular finish. 7.0% ABV, 80 IBU
