Beautiful You is a brand new collaboration beer with Brittany of @eatingbirdfood, our favorite holistic nutrition expert and good friend. The beer we created together back in 2018 is a gluten free Mixed Fermentation beer conditioned on Merlot wine grapes! Brewed with Pale Millet Malt and Flaked Quinoa, we lightly hopped this beer then put it into brand new red wine barrels for fermentation and aging with a faithful blend of Saison and wild yeasts. After aging we blended the best barrels onto local Merlot grapes from @flyingfoxwines. Time has developed this beer into something truly beautiful along the line of a very clean and soft summer wine. Warning: this beer is produced in a facility that handles gluten.
