Description
Cold Pale Ale brewed with the 2025 Pink Boots Blend (Ekanot, Centennial, HBC 638, Mosaic) and bolstered with additional Mosaic. Fermented with lager yeast for a crisp, ultra-clean profile.
Bright citrus leads with lime zest, grapefruit, lemon peel, layered with ripe mango, blueberry, and light dankness. Lean body from flaked rice keeps it snappy with crarkery malt base and firm citrus pith bitterness. Finishes dry, zippy, lightly resinous with lingering tropical rind and soft pine.
