Sauvage is our Belgian Table Beer that was naturally cooled overnight in our rooftop koelschip then fermented and aged in red wine barrels with Brettanomyces for 13 months. Sessionable with delicate notes of oaky Chardonnay, berry, and pineapple. Bottle conditioned for 19 months.
