Melancholia & Apathy is the second in our “Melancholia &…” series of wild beers in which we thoughtfully blend Melancholia, our fresh hoppy spelt and rye Saison, with something special from our funky barrel cellar. This rendition is a blend of fresh, briefly oak fermented Melancholia and mature oak fermented Witbier. Unique restrained impressions of crisp apple and fermented fruit. Bottled-conditioned.
